Milton Fielding, Jr., affectionately known as “Milt,” was born on July 12, 1982, at University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia. He departed this life on September 14, 2021. In his early childhood, Milton was baptized by Reverend William F. Bass at Tremont Temple Baptist Church in Augusta, Georgia, where he served on the youth usher board. He attended Copeland Elementary School, Terrell Visitation Academy, Langford Middle School, and T.W. Josey Comprehensive High School located in Augusta, Georgia. Milton’s love for old school music led him to join the percussion section of the T.W. Josey’s “Sonic Boom of The South” Marching Band. After graduating from school, Milton worked for A&B Beverage, Williams Seafood, and Chef Redd. His talents showed through his hard work, and all of his employers thought highly of him, but Milton had an undeniable passion for fixing things and cooking. He loved cooking on his big grill, and he was known as ‘‘The Grill Master’’. Milton was preceded in death by his one son, affectionately known as “Lil Milt,” Milton Fielding III; one brother, Alphonso Ryan Fielding; and two sisters, Gloria Taylor and Erlene Emma Yarbray. He leaves to cherish his memory: his parents, Milton and Rosa D. Fielding; a very special and devoted caregiver, Kawanna Gordon; two sisters, Marcella Love and Joy Robinson; three brothers, Alonzo B. Fielding, Melvin Fielding and Brandon Kyler; two aunts, Mrs. Mary L. Bussey and Mrs. Inez Dent; two uncles, Howard Dent and Henry Dent; three nieces, Alexia Fielding, Aaliyah Fielding, and Aniyah Fielding; two devoted nephews, Robert Washington and Melvin Fielding; two godsisters, Ashley S. Cubbage and Tanya Smalley; a faithful family friend, Todd Jackson;
