Mr. Keon Wakei Taylor was born May 9, 1976 to Charles T. Taylor and Katherine Taylor (Buxton) in Boston, Massachusetts. He was later raised by his step-father, William Buxton, which preceded him in death.
A Time to Serve
Keon Wakei Taylor was baptized at an early age at Murphy Ebenezer Baptist Church. He attended Screven County High School. He later moved back to Boston, Massachusetts where he lived most of his adult life. While in Boston, he received his associates degree in electrical engineering. He was employed with New Chapter Home Improvement, LLC in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Keon Wakei Taylor expired this life on Wednesday, November 9, 2017 at 6:10 AM at AU Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia.

Taylor of Boston, Massachusetts; a loving mother, Katherine Buxton of Waynesboro, GA; sister, Nicole Slappy of Atlanta, GA; three step-brothers, Tommy Heath and William Buxton, Jr. of Augusta, GA and Christopher Buxton (Toni) of Girard, GA; grandparents, Elliott and Bernice Coleman, Sr.; three nephews, Shannon, Sharrod and Sharidan Slappy all of Atlanta, GA; two great nieces, Ava'Marie and Kaylei Slappy of Atlanta, GA; nine aunts, six uncles, three great aunts and a host of cousins and friends. 

Celebration of Life for Mr. Keon Wakei Taylor of Waynesboro, GA. will be held on Sunday November 12, 2017 2:30 p.m. at Murphy Ebenezer Baptist Church 1966 Ebenezer Church Rd Waynesboro, Ga. with Reverend Jessie L.
