Mrs. Elnoro Moody Jenkins age 67 of Midville, GA. entered into eternal rest Friday October 30, 2020. Graveside Service for Mrs. Jenkins will be held on Thursday November 5, 2020 1:00 p.m. at St. John Baptist Church 2173 Davis-Bennett Road Midville, GA. with Rev. Bobby Williams Jr. officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday November 4, 2020 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Elnoro Moody Jenkins was born on August 22, 1953, in Swainsboro, Georgia, to the parentage of the late Will Moody and Carrie Davis. At a very early age, Elnoro accepted Christ as her personal savior at St. John Missionary Baptist Church. In 1999, Elnoro Jenkins worked as a Material Handler at Evercare in Waynesboro, GA, until she retired. Elnoro was preceded in death by: her husband, Johnny Lee Jenkins, mother, Carrie Davis, and sister, Aretha Hornsby. On Friday, October 30, 2020, God called Elnoro Jenkins home for eternal rest. She leaves to cherish her memories: three children, Justina (Ronnie Dykes) Jenkins of Augusta, GA, Johnny (Latasha Burch) Jenkins of Augusta, GA, and Veronica (Ricardo) Williams of Aiken, SC; two brothers, Tommy (Shree) Moody, Midville, GA, and Jimmy (Pauline) Moody, Ft. Lauderdale, FL; three sisters, Mae Dorothy Lewis and Rosie Lewis, both of Midville, GA, and Rochelle Kirkland of Augusta, GA; special nieces, Zelda Abram and Redessie Lewis; adopted daughter, Jennifer (Jenny) Taylor; five sistersin-law, Geraldine Anderson, Miriam McReed, Melissa Jenkins, Ida Jenkins, and Inez Lewis; two brothers-inlaw, Melvine Jenkins of Waynesboro, GA, and Patrick Anderson; six loving aunts, Essie Mae Roundtree, Gladys Roberts, Minnie Pearl Brown, Vivian Palmer, Lula Mae Lakes, and Sarah Mae Davis; one loving uncle, Joel L. (Mattie) Moody, Sr.; a very special friend of 20 years, David LaFlavor; eight grandchildren; three furbabies; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friend. Chavous B.
